Album Notes

This CD is a compilation CD featuring some of the finest performers from a variety of styles in the New Hampshire Seacoast region. It is a benefit CD, with all proceeds from the sale of the CD going to the non-profit organization Prevent Child Abuse NH.

With genres ranging from folk-rock to bluegrass to modern rock and progressive rock, this CD takes the best of a diverse music scene and brings it together to raise money for a worthy cause while attracting attention to the very talented performers that make up the Seacoast scene.

All of these songs were recorded specifically for this project, with Dreadnaught and Thanks to Gravity giving songs from their most recent releases. The performances are all stellar, the caliber of the musicians is through the roof, and the production is outstanding!

Check out Jason Spooner's "No Fantasy" for a taste of upbeat folk rock. Listen to a little Weed for the modern rocker, and Ethan Bessey's jangly "Rooftop Dancing" for a bluegrassy rootsy feel.
