This CD contains one 20-minute meditation track without
vocals or narration. It is a soothing keyboard music track
with subliminal information you cannot consciously hear
that will help you to quit smoking. Your mind can process
the information on a subconscious level.

With the help of a doctor, a sensible plan to quit and the
support of friends and family the subliminal encoding on
this CD will help you to stay on track of your goal to quit smoking forever.

To use this CD find a quiet, comfortable place. Just relax, close your eyes and listen to the music. Open your mind and visualize your goal of being free from cigarettes and feeling healthy. You will see changes in your attitude and you will soon be on a "new path". This CD alone will not magically make you a non-smoker, but it will help you to do the work. Avoid alcohol, rituals and situations that make you want to smoke. Exercise, meditation and keeping busy will help you manage stress. Reward yourself with the money you save. This album is dedicated to my father, Fortunato Sorisio.
He died of lung cancer when I was 4 years old.
