Victoria Lorient-Faibish MEd, CCC, RPP been inspiring people to live more fully, speak more authentically, listen more attentively and fully embrace their life purpose since 1990. As a holistic psychotherapist, holistic practitioner and teacher, she has been working with clients and students to step into their personal greatness. She holds a master's degree in Educational Psychology; and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a registered Polarity Therapy Practitioner and teacher. She is a Reiki Master and a New Decision Therapy Practitioner and teacher.

The first CD contains three 15-20 minute guided visual journeys: one to reconnect with your inner child, one to create and manifest your heart's desire, and one to clear and balance your chakras. It closes with a brief daily mantra to clear your mind and help you focus. The second CD contains the instrumental music that accompanies the meditations on disc 1 so you can create your own meditations or simply listen to the music.
