Vie Sans Les Fleur (Life Without Flowers) aka VSLF is the brainchild of Tomas. The Vie Sans Les Fleur Project (VSLF) was created as a vehicle for Tomas to produce and release and license instrumental music through te! Music/Tomasian Ent! without using his name.
The music of Vie Sans Les Fleur is much more experiemental than the club and radio friendly grooves of Tomas. As Tomas states himself, I would listen to Vie Sans Les Fleur on the radio or in a coffee shop. I dont think Id dance to it. Well, maybe some tracks.
Vie Sans Les Fleurs first release, Emagine (A World Without Flowers) is a down tempo electro funk fusion perfectly suited for radio, a lounge or a coffee shop. This release is an electro-funk fusion drawing upon influences of 80's artists such as Art of Noise, Kraftwerk and 808 State as well as modern day hit-makers such as Armand Van Helden and Moby.
Later this year, Tomas will return to the studio to work on Vie Sans Les Fleur’s sophomore effort, “LekTroFunkShun”. This project is tentatively scheduled for release Feb 2008.

...Emagine (A World Without Flowers) is a very good listen that you can either dance or study to. The production quality is professional and it is apparent that Tomas knows his way around the studio. It will be interesting to see where VSLF will go musically on their sophomore effort.
