Album Notes

So there I am holding the same position for hours as you take the picture and the exposure lasts for what seems like an eternity ... And we talk about what we really want to be when we grow up. You send me a blank CD with that picture on the front and tell me to fill it. Well I filled it ... And here it is. I thank you, Jim Herity, for inspiring me to free my spirit and discover my true sense of self. I watch from my window one of the world’s most tragic happenings and it changes my life. I realize ... “what is life about if not to do what truly makes us feel good.” Soon after I meet a phenomenally knowledgeable and talented musician who becomes my great friend. I thank you, David Boyle, for lessons learned, for talents shared, and for being a “white light” in my life. You are amazing. Thank you to all of those incredible people who put their souls into the making of this CD. I am so grateful to you. Thank you to my family and friends for always being there for me. Special thanks to Debbie Wilson for your terrific advice and friendship, to Mark Shine for having faith in me, and to Don Lawrence for transforming my voice. Thank you mom and dad for giving me life, loving me so much, and for being the most honest and supportive parents a child could ever have. And do you know what else? I feel good ... REALLY good.
