Album Notes

A combination of Vince Conaway's compositions with a smattering of other sources, Mosaic was inspired by Vince's travels throughout Europe and North America in the two years since his last release, Dul Siar. Its neo-medieval style draws from influences in Celtic and Early Music, giving a relaxing yet passionate mood. Entirely instrumental, it highlights the hammered dulcimer while also showcasing Heather Dale’s flute playing on several tracks.

Vince Conaway (http://www.vinceconaway.com) is a hammered dulcimer player and full-time touring musician, performing at festivals and events in the US, Canada, and throughout Europe. Originally from northern Ohio, he has made a home for himself on the road. Look for him in St. Louis, New Orleans, Seattle, Athens, and Rome!
