Album Notes

Vince Conaway began his musical career as a Celtic folk musician performing on hammered dulcimer at festivals across North America. In the past few years he's begun to reinvent himself as a composer while widening his range to include Europe. With influences ranging from hard rock and techno to ambient and "chill" music, he combines these in a fusion style with his Celtic musical roots. Labyrinth is Vince's first album entirely of original music. An intensely personal work, it was written and recorded during the final throes of his marriage, his subsequent personal rediscovery, and was heavily influenced by his European travels. Labyrinth combines the warm beauty of the hammered dulcimer with the passion and drive of Vince's composing and performing styles.

Beautiful, enchanting music. It was so calm and it even inspired me in drawing new characters. Some of the songs were so calm that like a lullaby,it almost made me go to sleep. Wonderful music. It was so wonderful that when i passed by the man playing the music on his instrument i just had to compliment him and buy the cd.
