Run by the producer/engineer Dare Mason, the VIP Lounge has become West Cornwall’s premier studio. Brix Smith and Cinerama have recorded their albums there, as well as Thirteen Senses, leading to a record deal with Mercury. A host of other artists and bands have passed through its doors, mainly local,all unsigned. In fact, every act on this album is unsigned in the UK, which just goes to show what a lot of talent is going unnoticed.
Most of the featured artists are Cornish. Cornwall is teeming with music at the moment
