Album Notes

Visual Reason has been in existence since 1996. This teen group has played a wide variety of venues all over. Their music reaches out to a large variety of age groups and their performances are power packed full of energy. It's hard to go to one of their shows and not get up and move. Visual Reason is out and playing in support of their new album "Another Useless Night." An east coast tour is planned for this summer. With a very updated, and informative website behind them, VR's nationwide fanbase is always able to keep up to date on their happenings. The band's fans are very dedicated and there is always an extremely large crowd of supporters at their shows. Visual Reason loves to entertain and if you ever see them perform or hear their music, you will see why they are tearing up the music scene.

REVIEWS

this cd is definitely great but i have to say that the band's new cd is incredible. if you liked visual reason you'll love the band as count the stars (formerly visual reason) they are very talented at such a young age, not to mention extremely nice guys. adam manning (formerly in the band, plan 10) was added to the band and chris, dave, clarke, and adam became count the stars (named from one of visual reason's songs which is now called fight the fade) check out count the stars at www.countthestars.com and definitely pick up their new album 'never be taken alive' released on victory records. ('another useless night' was re-released by count the stars :))

The best record I've heard for some time
author: Tim Foster
Although Another Useless Night was released in 2001, it is one of those undiscovered jewels missed by the mainstream. Just Like You opens the album with the energy and polish of veterans. Each and every track from that point forward will grab you by the wrist and pull you close. The orchestral tones of Fireflies give the track a depth, whilst Breakthrough takes you to care-free Summers driving with the top down and not a care in the world. This album will probably be staying in my car until I can actually have the top down and drive for miles with the volume high. It's February now! If you are only going to buy one album in 2003, whether it be a new release or an older album, make it Another Useless Night. Why a major label hasn't picked this up is beyond me.
