Through the power of God and the undying strength of His son Jesus Christ Vitamin F are influenced and driven by The Spirit.



Music unlike anything on the Christian circuit, unlike anything around in secular movements, unlike anything ever before, that's the VF flavour.



The lyrics are God borne and the melodies so different that they could only come from a higher power. Songs that shine, songs that warm, songs that dig at the truth until it becomes painful, Gods songs.



Vitamin F's music is fast becoming a phenomenon. In the fourteen months that Chris and Ian have been writing they have penned over forty songs, in the region of one hundred lyrics and around twenty additional melodies. All of this they accredit to God. 'We could never have done this on our own, no way. The power of The Spirit is running through our veins. We are not special, Gods love is special and it fills us every day.'



Each time a new lyric or melody is penned the excitement overwhelms them, and it shows in the heartfelt delivery. Some of Vitamin F's songs hit hard where it hurts, in the heart and deep in the conscience, but that never stops them writing or performing them. 'We refuse to buy into the Christian music market place that is full of same old, same old songs. We worship like any other Christians but we tell it like it is, warts and all. God has given us the tools with which to do His work and we will not let Him down. Whether we succeed or fail is in Gods hands, therefore why should we doubt His will.'
