Astral was created in 1998 by Vlada Astral on key-boards and Charlie Rock (of Scarz Within) on guitars, merging Electronic and Metal music in a new style. As a main goal we put our attention on melodic content of our work, inviting our listeners to enjoy what they feel while they listening our music. High attack, up-tempo, powerful dark melody line, strong distorted guitar riffs will take your emotions and keep it up. Influenced by work of Dimmu Borgir, Dark Tranquility, Blind Guardian, Arcturus, Hvenant, Stratovarius, Dream Theater and Iced Earth in Metal genre and Front Line Assembly, Crystal Method, KMFDM, NVN Nation and Prodigy in Industrial and Paul Van Dyk and Oakenfold and many-many more in a Trance world. "Radiation method" album was released in 2000 with 13 electronic metal tracks and was nominated by Just Plain Folks as best album of the year.

The nuclear powered heat of intense guitars and intricate key-board work in the best traditions of modern industrial/trance music melt metal with the energy of death to form a new element for fans to feel as well as hear.
