Walker Fields is a project by singer/songwriter Brad Senne of Minneapolis, MN. Forgoing tedious mixing and recording techniques Sky Falls In was written and recorded in five days at Brad's home studio. Touching on political and social issues the album was basically a stream of consciousness effort. Inspired by the huge number of songs written by Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan, Walker Fields tries to embody the spirit of a true American songwriter. Covering a broad range of subjects including the plight of the blue collar worker in the song Old Machine, to the playful childlike quality of Chickadee Choo Choo, and the homage to Brad's Grandma Millie in the song Lake Elysian, Sky Falls In is an album that represents the world that Brad Senne see's and experiences. Brad played all the instruments on the album and most of the tracks were first takes.
