Album Notes

AARON Records has introduced a new artist into the world of country music, 21 year old Walker Rainey!

Walker and his father, Bill Rainey, have penned all songs on this album and were inspired by real world events and true life experiences. Walker penned his number "The American Way", after his father's friend departed for a second tour of Iraq.

This album is described as "happy blues" with stylistic influences from Jim Reeves and George Straight. Since the release of "Blue Country", Walker has been traveling to radio stations promoting his album.

The aspiring country music star began his career at an early age, when he started playing the guitar at just 18 months. Walker loved it and when he was older, his father taught him to play. By the age of 14, Walker was receiving private guitar and vocal lessons to further enhance his skills as a musician. Walker's involvement in country music increased and as he dreamed, his pastime became his career.

Great Dèbute Cd
author: Rudy Minnaert "Country Eagle" The Netherlands
Very good cd good country with a flare of blues in it. Good voice and the voice is a mixture between George Straight and Kris Krisstofferson. Stay with this style you have the voice for it. We will hear more from Walker in the future. Country Eagle
