New music from Walter Robinson's solo CD entitled “Cause I Wanna” is here. The musical concepts have been determined, the melodies have been recorded, all the engineering knobs have been manipulated, and the final product is ready for public consumption. Walter has combined smooth/contemporary jazz tracks with interesting upbeat, moderate, and sultry rhythms to form a signature vibe.

His natural ability to captivate his audience with his smooth jazz melodies and soothing chord progressions has earned him a spot in this business. This CD is a testament to his song-writing abilities, his incredible saxophone technique and his true pursuit to musical perfection. From his title cut, "Cause I Wanna", to the moving beat on "Spring Fling", to the unorthodox rhythmic patterns of "On A Whim," he covers all the bases. Although this is his first solo CD, he is not a newcomer to this arena. Walter has performed on many studio recordings, some of which have been distributed across the world. He is also one of the founding members of the extraordinary jazz band Abstract.
