Ray Korona

consistently strong song after song from start to finish
The lyrics and melodies on this CD are diverse, interesting, flowing, involving and true to life. Each song explores love and other human experience with its own twist and sensibility. The songs are fresh, emotional and perceptive. Laura Warfield and the other singers and musicians render tuneful, engaging performances supported by crisp and silky studio production. And just when I thought I'd heard everything one CD could possibly have to offer, a joyous live doo wop number came boppin' in to take it home! Do I need to tell you I'm really blown away by "On The Train?!" Hope it gets heard far and wide.
