Having spent many years as a yoga teacher and reading much on the spiritual subject, having meditated for many hours and contemplated many points of view and none, having a belief in a space awarness consciousness but not in a sky god person except that there are those who have realized their true Self, I put some songs together to form a spiritual CD. I have been searching for a higher Self, nono through many means; a course in miracles, buddhist chants, humor and the like . I used 5 songs from previous CDs because they were appropriate and I could and five new songs.Still searching and meditating more often in stillness and movement.There's more to come...........
