An adventure into the musical philosophy of "Harmolodics". New York drummer Warren Benbow's Jazz Project, with great New York musicians: Al MacDowell-Electric Bass (Ornette Coleman), Brandon Ross-Electric Guitar (Cassandra Wilson, Harriet Tubman), Jay Rodriguez-Saxes and Flute (Groove Collective), Pete Drungle-Piano (Ornette Coleman, Ronald 'Shannon' Jackson's Decoding Society), Graham Haynes-Trumpet (Steve Coleman, Five Elements), Chris Theberge-Congas and Percussion (Groove Collective), and Charles Burnham-Violin (James 'Blood' Ulmer). Drummer Warren Benbow has performed with: Whitney Houston, Nina Simone, LL Cool J, Sonny Sharrock, Mary J. Blige, Michael Urbaniak, James 'Blood' Ulmer, and others.
