Warren Charles is intelligent rock & roll that you don't need artsy black-rimmed glasses and a latte to enjoy. Brothers Warren (piano) and Charles (guitar) play an eclectic repertoire ranging from ragtime to funk. Think Ben Folds meets Cake meets Guster.

Warren Charles is a rock band co-fronted by two brothers who share and sometimes fight over the spotlight. Featuring percussive piano rhythms, funky guitar licks, and interweaving harmonies, their songs tackle everyday experiences with inventive storytelling and a quirky sense of humor.
Warren Charles has been performing in and around Los Angeles, CA since 2003. They’ve played historic rock venues on Sunset Strip such as The Whisky-a-Go-Go and The Key Club, and they’ve also performed at colleges across the country including Cornell, Wash U, SMU, EIU, Pomona, and UCLA.
Warren Charles just finished recording its debut “When Chandeliers Sway” at Hard Drive Studios in Los Angeles. The studio is best known for Jimmy Eat World’s 5x platinum album "Bleed American." The brothers co-produced the album with Doug Messenger who toured with Van Morrison as a guitarist and did the arrangements for Morrison’s 1972 album "Saint Dominic's Preview."
Warren Charles can perform with a full band or as a piano/guitar duo. Whatever the lineup, Warren Charles is perfect for the collegiate crowd who views intellectualizing over music as a welcome form of procrastination.
