I have heard him live once and I was blown away. He was performing at the Gruene dance hall for no cover at all. The performance that he put on did not indicate the lack of a cover. The craftsmanship of music and performance by him and his band was top notch. Also it was the first live show that my girlfriend and I attended so it will always mean that much more. His music is something that I can listen to regardless of what mood I may be in. What a talented performer.
