Album Notes

From the pleasantly haunting lo-fi grit of their self-titled debut to the most recent, "Cover the Sun with One Finger", Watsonville Patio have been earning fans the hard way- one at a time...

Originally formed in Los Angeles, in 1996, the quartet dived head first into the indie-rock ethic of recording, touring, and keep treking to spread the word. They have been cranking out albums (all recorded, produced and financed on their own), since 1996. Each has a different feel, with the latest, "Cover the Sun with One Finger" being an ambient groove-pop record filled with emotive singing, thought provoking lyrics, atmospheric touches and excursions into fusion rock.

This band has an off-standish cool aura, and the kind of creative stuff that gets noticed.
