Wayde Cooper's third CD release entitled "Off the hook!" is a great follow up from his last CD "Welcome to the 21st century". On his latest CD "Off the hook!" Wayde spreads his wings and moves even further into the in-your-face styling he has come to embrace. A heavier, angrier CD of smoldering, rip roaring good old rock instrumentals. Wayde goes for the hook delivering compositions that are actual songs as opposed to generic background music to solo over. Further tonal exploration is achieved providing deep, rich contemporary tones that sound massive.

Great CD with lots of cool guitar playing. I like the fact that Wayde plays to the music and writes songs rather then playing music just to shred over. Each song has it’s own identity and groove. I’m really impressed with this purchase.
