Trumpeter Wayne Bergeron presents his first holiday offering, “Music & Mistletoe”. Much like Wayne’s previous CDs, “You Call This a Living” and “Plays Well With Others”, the members of the After Hours Brass are hand picked amongst the top studio musicians in the Los Angeles area.

Wayne chose to use the standard brass quintet instrumentation for this endeavor. What makes it unique from other groups using this format is the use of a jazz rhythm section. This gives the group versatility covering a wide array of styles including big band swing, bossa, latin, funk and classical. The addition of 2 vocal offerings from vocalist Tierney Sutton is the icing on the holiday fruitcake. Deb Wagner’s sassy, tongue in cheek style makes Santa Baby very enjoyable and lots of fun.


Wayne is now enjoying a career as one of the most active players on the LA scene from studio calls to theater work, in addition to performing with major orchestras, jazz gigs and clinics.
