Album Notes

Wayne Bonnett is an electronic musician, sound designer, producer, and sound engineer who enjoys playing electronic music. He is the sole member and mastermind behind the band Equinox Shadow. Although he enjoys playing piano and creating relaxing new age music, he prefers to create ambient, techno, and trance music.

Wayne teamed up with HOPE for Pets to create a unique fundraising opportunity and soothing aid for pets. Wayne has created this 16 song CD titled "HOPE For Pets Vol. 1". 50% of the proceeds from the sales of the cd go directly to the HOPE For Pets organization.

This CD contains over an hour of easy listening music for pets and people. The 16 songs, named for rescued pets, are instrumental, easy listening mixes of piano, acoustic guitar, and soothing synthesizer sounds. The songs were named by people submitting a picture of their pet along with a brief summary of their pet. People who visited the HOPE for Pets website then voted on the pets they liked most.

HOPE’s programs are designed to help eliminate pet overpopulation and provide assistance for pet care needs to the elderly, low-income and special need members of our community. They also offer educational programs and material regarding responsible pet ownership. One of their most innovative projects is their meals on wheels program designed to provide free pet food to Meals on Wheels’ clients. This program is also offered to other qualified residents who do not participate in the Meal on Wheels program but need assistance with their pet care.
