Album Notes

Wayne is a grateful Canadian north-woods born artist and international traveler. Born in a time just before television and a million other distractions, music, and especially guitar, became his focus. He searched out guitar players and absorbed their techniques and tunes. He believes this helped in the incredibly wide variety of influences his style has come to encompass. Although he learned many compositions of other guitarists and musicians note for note, his only desire was to compose and play the music he heard within. This is what he has accomplished and feels that it has been a gifted to him.

Born in Keewatin Ontario in 1947 and currently living in Thunder Bay, Wayne has been a professional musician from the age of 12. He has performed in such styles as country and western, pop, acid rock, blues, classical, dance and, most recently, instrumental guitar.
