This record represents 2 and a half years of intermittent back-breaking labor. In the process, The Wayward Wind expanded from a one-person studio project to an eight-piece mini-orchestra. Between recording sessions some of us had children, others lost their jobs, went back to school, formed other bands, quit other bands, etc. etc. Finally, after months of second-guessing, re-remixing, and sheer panic nine songs came out the other end.
But that was the easy part.
The hard part? Writing this description.
