Album Notes

Album story:

It's been about a year now since my friend and producer, Rob Lewis, decided to make an album of my songs. I knew it was a done deal when Rob agreed to finance it. That's just the way Rob is. It took three trips from Harlingen to Portland to finally complete the project. It's been quite a ride, but what a great ride. We finally managed to get the studio we wanted (Mike Coykendall) and the musicians we wanted (Chris Baron and Joe Sadowski from EVELATE). These two guys came into Mike's studio and just laid down one track after another as I sat there and watched my familiar songs grow into a new sound. It was unforgettable and here, my friends, is the happy result of our efforts. I promise that it's worth a listen.

Bio:

I was born in Weslaco, Texas, but lived most of my life in Germany. I spent most of my free time acting on school and community stages. I studied theatre in college, but for reasons too trivial to go into here, I ended up with a major in Sociology and a minor in Theatre. I started writing songs in college based on the few chords I learned in Mr. Tucker's guitar class. I kept writing and performing for friends and family until an old theatre friend, my producer Rob Lewis, said it's time for you to do something with your songs. We did it! Here you have my best of a little over a decade of composing. Enjoy.
