In the summer of 2000, the band formed from a core of musicians who had one goal: to write original music.

Weapons for Peace have been receiving airplay on corporate and college radio stations in the Mid-Atlantic region. Along with their tour schedule, the band has been featured at a number of music conferences as well as performed with various national recording artist.
