It’s not simple to describe any bands “sound”. That is especially true when speaking of the Josh Weathers Band, a soul infused, high energy quartet based in Fort Worth, TX since the beginning 2004. With influences as diverse as the band’s sound, the group will leave you sitting back in your seat and aware of what’s hip.

Mr. Weathers has managed to put together a kaleidoscope of original music which both highlights his talent and potential. Songs such as “Mind, Body & Soul”, "Maria", "I" and "What does it mean" have become anthems for those who both seek and appreciate genuine talent.

The group’s rhythm section is equally impressive. Driven by veteran musicians Mr. Sammy Boe (Drums) & Kevin Rennels (Bass), the group’s sound is intense both live and on CD. Justin Elliot’s (Guitar) contribution is the “icing on the cake”. Sharing the stage with national acts including The Wood Brothers, Bob Schneider, Spoonfed Tribe, Robert Cray, Monte Montegomery and the great Leon Russell (the Master of Space and Time) to name a few, the JWB guarantees an unforgettable performance and catchy tunes that will have you singing along at the shows to humming them all the next day!
