Wendy Lake is an artist driven by her love for music and people, as well as her commitment and devotion to God. Her songs are touching lives on radio across the WORLD, as well as international distribution, and television coverage. She has written every song she has recorded, and each one has it's own story behind it. "That's How Much" was written in her car, on her way to church. Just trying to express her love for the Lord, these words flowed through her so quickly, she could hardly write them fast enough. "Forgiven " was written as she was having a conversation with her brother about a friend of his that didn't feel he was worthy of relationship with God, because of the things he had done in his past. In "Forgiven", Wendy tells of how God is not worried with what we have done in our past. He sent His Son for the purpose of our forgiveness, knowing that we needed a savior. He loves us regardless of the things we've done. The song "Overcome" is dedicated to her triumph over uterine cancer. Her faith has brought her through, and showed her that with God, she truly can OVERCOME! This is the message of good news Wendy Lake shares in venues across the country. It is her mission to remind Christians of who they really are as a child of God!

Wendy has a heart for the poor, and hurting. She enjoys singing on the streets of the inner city in hopes to bring a message of encouragement. It is her heart's desire that you will be uplifted as you listen to each song!
