"If I Listen To My Heart" was produced and recorded at Kampo Cultural Center in New York City and mixed at Sonalysts Studios in Waterford, CT by Grammy-Award winning songwriter Diane Scanlon.

A diverse collection of songs about love, relationships and social issues, "If I Listen To My Heart" is produced in an adult contemporary radio format. Tracks include the breathtaking ballad, "As I Walk Through This Life", the upbeat "Get It Out", the bone chilling "The Love She Once Gave", the world beat song of "The Distance You Keep" the reflective "River of Doubt", and the unstoppable dance tune "No One To Sleep With Tonight".
