Straight-up rock and roll, with "British invasion" roots... here's a touch of The Kinks, or The Byrds or even the Fab Four themselves. None of that makes this music derivative or rote-sounding; possibly because it comes through... even on a recording... that they are having a good time playing together.
Lest we overpopulate these comments with sunshine, however, let me say again that this band rocks, thoroughly rocks, with razor-sharp drumming that kicks you-know-what, and melodic yet muscular guitar work from both the bassist and the guitarist.

A for-real, great band, playing real music together! A treat!

What a treat to hear the unmistakeable (but increasingly rare) sound of good friends who are great musicians putting in fantastic performances together. The warmth and "family" vibe of this CD are SO refreshing! The drumming is phenomenal, the guitar work is superb, but what is even better- it all works together in the sweetest harmony to make the SONGS come alive. This could restore your faith in humankind!

Best Power Pop you're ever gonna have the pleasure to hear.

I gotta tell ya, I love this cd.
This What-The? CD shows a great guitar player, a very solid bass player that can actually sing and play at the same time, and stay in the pocket with one of the best drummers you'll ever have the pleasure to wrap those Model "A" size things sticking out of the sides of your head around.
My personal favorites on the CD are “I Can Feel it in My Bones" and "Juiced Again" though I really like "7 Women" too.
What-The? has it going on. I don't think you'll find another power pop band that's tighter, with better harmonies, than you'll hear when you listen to What-The?.
Grab this thing up before they're gone.
