ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
NorthWest SlumpFunk is a departure from Whikid's usual musical path. Big Winna provides the backdrop to this feature film, supplying trunk rattling bass lines underneath funky instrumentation, creating the perfect atmosphere for Whikid the Professor to release mucho anthemic music. Always very lyrical, Whikid gives listeners a tour of the North West region of the US via Tacoma, Washington. References to the infamous Hilltop neighborhood abound, as does slang terminology mostly relavent to the local inhabitants. This album is the professional debut of Professor Whikid Matticuless, putting forth substantial personality and energy that can only be outdone by his live performance, and proves to be a great foundation for a long and fruitful career.
