This album from Alan is inspired by the no 1 hit song "SUMMER SUN" which charted for 10 weeks in the ILR Australian playlist charts.The song rolls in and out of summer reminding us all how much we long for those hot summer days lazy guitar riffs the smooth vocals will fuel your imagination."HELL'S CORRIDOR" the follow up single deals with a western town of the same name fighting for survival haunting guitar sets the sceen.The other tracks are all to do with real life situations the lyrics speak volumes and capture the moment."ROADSIDE BLUES" is about a car speeding down a road and the events that befall the driver.A lesson for us all.
Alan plays all the instruments and sings the vocals on all the songs after which he mixes and creates the cd as you hear it.The cd has been mastered but apart from this is a very hands on creation.
Alan's songwriting deals with every day events that affect all of us.Hope you enjoy SUMMER SUN and can relate to the music and lyrics.
