As space exploration, still in its infancy, becomes more and more routine, people will begin colonizing the Moon and Mars. They will have to adjust and adapt to strange, new environments, while still dealing with relationships and day to day living.

Farther into the future we will travel to the stars, returning years later to a possibly different Earth. And, of course, there will always be the prospect of encounters with alien life forms.

This CD is about the pioneers of the future. There is nothing complicated about the songs - just simple rhythms, and words that tell a story.

Listen to this album, and maybe you'll find your mind traveling elsewhere - to gray dust, undisturbed by wind and water - to red dust, perhaps concealing clues to a secret past - to tenuous dust and gas, drifting through the Galaxy as a faintly glowing nebula.
