Luna Trece is a collaboration of artists Ani Williams singing in her sometimes ethereal and sometimes hearty style along with amazing drummer Mazatl Galindo. Mazatl can take an ancient instrument and coax it to life as he does in many of the moving compositions on this album. Recorded in beautiful Sedona, AZ. Magic surrounded the recording process – one composition started playing itself on a cassette recorder in the home we were staying in. The music and words will transport you on a blanket of sound to ancient Mexico.
