Album Notes

In 2009 Willie Will’s classic “Premeditated Worda” was re-released (originally released in 2003). This record blew up the Seattle hip hop scene gaining Willie Will strong local notoriety. This is the record that prepped Willie Will for the national scene. True to Willie Will’s form, Premeditated Worda has something for hip hop fans of any style. There is a little something for the club, some speaker bangers, and soulful vocal samples that set the tone perfectly for Willie’s wordplay. Willie Will is truly one of the most stylistically diverse mcs around. Imagine Kanye West and the Pharcyde were blended into one mc and you begin to see what Premeditated Worda has to offer. This is one of those rare records that even if it were released for the first time in 2009, it would still be a relevant record, and one that you wouldn’t want to pass up.
Definitely make sure you pick this project up. Not only will you be buying some of the best hip-hop around, you’ll also feed starving children and help free slaves all around the world (literally!). Proceeds from this album go to www.compassion.com, www.notforsalecampaign.org, www.dalitnetwork.org and www.rzim.org.
