The most comprehensive collection of Florida's Black Hat Troubarour's songs and recordings. In the fall of 1989 he received the Florida Heritage Award for outstanding cultural contributions. The annual folk festival at White Springs, Florida was dedicated to him.
On April 17, 1996, Will McLean was inducted into the prestigious FLORIDA ARTISTS HALL OF FAME.

There will never be another Will and Gamble Rogers. I love the way Will could capture word images so vividly. If you can find a complete version of The old man and the boy, it is a must hear.

Man, I have sought high and low to find this record since I heard Gamble Rogers close our festival in Maine with Will McLean's song Osceola. This set of records is a treasure trove of solid writing and Florida history.
