Album Notes

David Wilner exploded on to the modern rock singer-songwriter scene in November 2002 with his self-produced CD, Never Too Late. David's songs feature his powerful solo vocals combined with his uniquely expressive keyboard skills. David masterfully weaves his clever story-based lyrics into hook-driven pop melodies, leaving his audiences singing his songs long after the show has ended. He is currently spreading his music one show at a time, performing at clubs and coffeehouses in the Chicago area, as well as at colleges throughout the Midwest and across the country.

At heart, David is a storyteller. While his tunes may be melodically catchy, David's main goal is to connect to his listeners through his lyrics. David's songs tell stories, factual tales of experiences from his life. David enjoys telling the back-story behind a song, explaining the inspiration that drove him to compose it. In doing so, he hopes the audience gains a deeper understanding, and therefore a deeper appreciation, of their music experience.

Five Star Debut!

I highly recommend this CD! All four songs are top-notch. Blind Man's Bluff fans will recognize My One Addiction, but you've certainly never heard it played this way! Tide You Over and Borrowed Dreams are high-powered ballads that tell a wonderful story in true David Wilner fashion. The title track, Never Too Late, describes it's title exactly. It's truly never too late. Never too late to start it over again and David has- in that inimitible DW-Storyteller Style!
