Album Notes
The solo guitar work on this album has you asking "is that only one guitar?" Many people have asked that question even when they see Thomasina in person. Thomasina blends warm earthy vocals along with real guitar blues know-how and distinguishes herself among her guitar playing peers like, Ry Cooder, Keb Mo', Eric Clapton, etc. This album is a celebration of the solo art of acoustic blues. Enjoy.

Very soothing and deep
The song "Solitary existance" is a myriad of reflections and thoughts--blessings, wishes--almost the entire spectrum of human offerings are expressed in this song. It is the melting pot of human emotions, sometimes delivered sweetly, sometimes regretfully, but always succinctly.

Our Local Treasure
Thomasina Winslow is a local treasure of international appeal. Her voice, her range, liquid golden butterscotch and her guitar work...fine indeed! Rooted in homage to traditon, Thomasina breathes passion into songs both old and new.
