Witness for the Prosecution wear their influences proudly on their sleeves, The Who, Thin Lizzy, Saigon Kick and the Michael Schenker group. An established influence with a heavy modern rock sound. The band consists of Thom Blacke (Vocals, Words & Tambourine) and Stan Whyte (Guitars, bass and drums). Not Your Toy was recorded in Kitchener, ON at Sound On Sound with Doug Hainer, Andrew Hainer and Steve Wright.
