Album Notes

THE WOLF WEISS STORY

We all know the story, an extreme talent playing music in front of crowds at 9 years of age. At 15, playing in Hollywood's hottest clubs. At 18, headlining sold out shows. A taste of fame? Absolutely....A taste for L.A.'s fast lane? Not a taste, a mouthful. The kind you choke on and more often than not, perish from. The bitter sting of the scorpions tail of drug & alcohol abuse. A sad fact well-known to rising stars. The end? Not for this Warrior.......

Wolf, a nick-name and call-sign earned while serving as an "operator" in Force Recon, the Marine Corps premier Special Forces unit, has channeled his struggles, hardships and life experiences into a mesmerizing, melodic, hard rock ensemble. The result.......... Explosive!

Wolf's debut album titled, "Code of the Warrior" is a monster combination of fury and finesse wrapped up in a wickedly designed CD wallet that you'll find hard to take your eyes off of. It includes a smoking hot version of the classic 70's blockbuster hit "Devil Woman", as well, his very own chart topping singles "911" and "Brother" that all people, regaurdless of race, creed or color can relate to.

Fans of Ozzy / Sabbath, Zeppelin, Rush, Pink Floyd, NickelBack, Sound Garden and the like are going to love The Wolf Weiss Project. "Code of the Warrior" is one of the best rock albums the new millennium has to offer.

"The most Engaging & Professional Album we have ever represented in the history of our 5 decades as a Record Label." -Canadian American Records-

"I love this album! Very powerful & truthful! Seems simple yet runs deep! Tough yet loving. Firm yet gentle. You've got a fan here!" -Chris Hung - Disc Works, L.A., CA

"Wolf Weiss is a true visionary. His transcending harmonies layered with the stark reality of his lyrics are the foundation of his gifted ability as a songwriter & musician. His music is the truth because he lived it. This is Power Rock & Roll that will move you."
-Joey Welz - CEO Caprice International Records-

"Over all, good CD. The sound production could be a bit better, but the songs and performances are great!"
Frederico Martinelli - RADIO ANTENNA 2- Bergamo, Italy

"Wolf Weiss's Code of the Warrior is a true masterpiece and is a must for any old school metal fan's music collection. Classic Power Rock at its Best."
Kasim Shake - Satisfied Customer

"Code of the Warrior- I love this title. It's awesome! I absolutely love this new CD. Alot of the songs really get to me. "911" is amazing. I love how it starts out mysterious and dreamy. Then it picks up. Listening to the words makes you remember that horrible day. I am so grateful for this song. It will touch so many people who listen to it. The end of the song is very teary when you hear the announcer & the plane. "On My Own" has a great beat. I can relate to the message of not being afraid of standing on your own and living life on the edge. Another favorite is "Rising Son" & "Mother Rose". They are different than the rest. "Mother Rose" is extremely relaxing. "Metaphor" has a great rhythm to it. "Never Say Goodbye"- I love how Wolf really expresses his feelings in this song. And "Brother" is my absolute favorite. In conclusion; awesome CD! Thank you for putting out an album of substance, meaning and color. Can't wait for the next one!" -Cristal Mulinex - Satisfied Customer-

Wolf's vision encompassed many art forms (tattooing, art) but none so overwhelmingly as his passion for music. He wrote and played from the heart, never selling out to trends or marketing. I had the pleasure of promoting him~ Because I believed (& will always believe) he has a message to send to us all. Live your Love! ;)
