"Come Be With Me Tonight" is a love song by British Columbain writer and singer Karen Halvorsen. A long-time performing artist, she started writing only three years ago. "So fly away with me, come be with me tonight..." In "Slow Dance", Mel Higgins brings us another personal yet universally-identifiable country song. "I wanna slow dance, as we move across the floor, and when this song is over, I wanna dance to one more... Slow dance I wanna slow dance." Mel is from Wisconsin in the states.

Rodolfo "Ruddy" Aguilar (Houston, Texas) brings another upbeat and spirited number in "U.S.A. (From The Heart)". This is an endearing and catchy number that quickly grows on the listener. "Viva! America, God bless you America from the heart". It's a refreshing piece in this sometimes troubled time.

From northern Europe hails Veli-Matti Murtovaaro and "Thinking 'Bout You". Originally a rock piece, we found the song easilly adaptable to Nashville's modern country sound, which draws heavily from 80's rock. (Nashville records and releases lots of rock music and even does its share of bigband pop recording and mastering.) "Everything I do I do for you" - it sounds like a love song from the heart, doesn't it? And it is, in every sense.

Not least, but last, "Seven Thousand Miles Away" is a classic by recording artist and writer John Fuoco of Ottawa. "Seven thousand miles away from me - all I got left is memories". This is a bitter-sweet love song, from the heart.
