A blend of rock, soul and folk melodies that come together to create a journey!
author: Rockwell
This is a soulful album. It is a great mix. Some are fun and funky like The Brink or Road Trippin and others are soulful and resenate within the heart like Stone and Steel, Whatever You Want and These Broken Fields. It is a great album. The album is a somewhat of a journey... kicking it off with questions of whether to stay or go in From Now On then off to Road Trippin, then journeying into the social conciousness of Stone and Steel and Whatever You Want and further into the heart with songs of love with Windows and Valentine. We stop along the way for a party with The Brink, a moemnt of reflection with These Broken Fields and finally, as if to feel the wind at our backs, Walk On By leaves us feeling freed, a sense that we're moving on with grains of truth we've picked up along the way. Great album and a great journey for the heart and soul!

Genuinely unique, stylistically pleasing to the ears
author: Mark Webber
This CD is one of those kind of CD's that plays well as quiet background music, but if you crank it up, it rocks. I can't think of a soul who wouldn't love this CD. At last, somebody who can write a clever love song that's not sappy, and there's not a bad song on the CD. I foresee So Far From Home finding a perminant spot in my Carousel for a long, long time to come.
