WORD-STREAM biography

KIP, JOHN AND TERRY, childhood, neighborhood friends, after many years wandering in the wilderness, they have met up again, and form a creative collective under the WORD-STREAM banner.

WORD-STREAM was founded in 2005 as a result of three friends meeting up again after years of working, relationships, college and other various life failures.

Founded by Terry Harkin and John Harkin, two brothers that have been involved in the creative industries over the years.

Primarily John Harkin is an accomplished writer and poet with a number of books published, and on sale via numerous web outlets. John lends his creative talent via the lyrics and song titles for WORD-STREAM, and oversees the writing content for the band’s work.

Christopher Woods (KIP) is the main vocalist in WORD-STREAM, with years of experience in a Live capacity, he toured and played live in numerous venues in the UK and Ireland as both a solo artist and band member. KIP uses his creative talent as a musican and song writer and also as an accomplished live artist.

Terry Harkin oversee’s the band’s visual identity and web presence, marketing and general bollocks side of things.
