World Class Thugs is a Phoenix, Arizona based band that thoroughly enjoys making music. Besides guitars, drums, bass, and vocals, instruments in one show may include: tung drum, washboard, accordion, flute, keyboards, mandolin, banjo, harmonica, and broom. Song topics include anything from rats and their rapid eye movement, unjustly imprisoned aunties, viscous and vicious substances, nervous breakdowns and caffeine abuse. Gritty, manic funk and sinuous, meditative atmospheres slide effortlessly into each other, always with a bottled-up emotional intensity just this side of an explosion: a feel-good emotional carnage the whole family can brood along to. World Class Thugs runs the gamut of creativity and ingenuity. There is no comparison. World Class Thugs should be on the soundtrack of every independent film across the nation. Simon Cowell's new show is called "On The Lot" World Class Thugs next CD should be titled "On the Mark". What a wonderful opportunity the world has been given to experience such diverse and orgazimigorical music. Jocelyn's voice is mezmerizing and the echos of her team mates create a non-comparable musical juxtaposition in todays musical lack luster genre's. LOVE IT!!!!
