Wren was formed in 2004 as a studio project by Davis Carter and Amanda Dallas. Hailing from Brisbane, Austrlaia, the duo met and began writing at the Queensland University of Technology Music Department, where Davis and Amanda completed a degree in music production and an honours qualification in composing respectively. Their experience combined to create an edgy ‘pop metal’ style. After promising demos a live group was formed including Jack Clancy (Rhythm guitar), Lee Peeters (Bass) and Hik Sugimoto (Drums). This EP is Wren's debut effort and is definitely worth having a listen to.
