Album Notes

This is a collection of music that all started back in 1972 when the band was formed. The album opens with a live sold out concert that was performed at The Indianapolis Museum Of Art. It continues with an array of musical ventures from country, country rock, gospel, cowboy, western swing, rock and bluegrass along with some originals songs throughout the album.

Some of the music was orchestrated by John Howell (Indiana University". Many fine Nashville musicians contributed to this album. Buddy Spicher (fiddle), Junior Bennett (fiddle) and Mark Jones (claw hammer banjo) Yep...he is Grandpa Jones's son. The artwork on the album was done by famed artist, Corrado Cortellini. No project to date had ever been released like this project, locally or nationally. Alot of listening we think you will enjoy.

After all these years, we continue to get orders for this collection thanks to the internet and folks wanting to upgrade to a CD from the old vinyl records. The package was 3 different albums on 4 records. It is now on 3 CD's in a thick jewel case.

Enjoy the music!
-John McDowell- (singer/bassplayer for the WB)
