Ghandarva Cafe is an inspired recording of ancient Bengali and modern Bhakti songs interpreted and arranged by Wynne Paris. It features well-known vocalist Kim Waters and Hindustani/Jazz flautist John Wubbenhorst on Bansuri. Carnatic violin melodies dance with tablas and African drums; sarod, guitar, and sitar support the Sanskrit melodies of singer Radhika Sarin and the soulful blues stylings of Wynne's resonant baritone.
"Wynne Paris blends an eastern Heart and a western Head for a great mix" - Krishna Das

Beautifully done!

Tasty bhajans with nice blend of east and west. Smooth, flexible vocals in Bhaja Hooray are very alluring. Reminds me of days in India...
