In reflection of his debut project, "The God" is 'the tighest Holy Hip-Hop album in the country!' This ablum has nothing but hits. XROSS simply goes next level; He's got some serious West Coast flava, a little Neo soul, some dirty south, and a twist of east coast. "God has so many ways of reaching people, so I just didn't want to leave any stones unturned, so we went all out with the styles," says XROSS.

XROSS (pronounced cross), is a mighty soldier for Christ XROSS currently resides in Minneapolis, MN; originally from Louisville, Kentucky. At age 29, he is the founder and CEO of The Bridled Tongue; a multi-venued, independent, Christian-based Company. The dynamics of such a venue envisioned by XROSS encompasses areas that specialize in Music, Art, and Entertainment. XROSS aka Korey Dean is an independent artist, a prolific songwriter, producer, strong stage performer and a bonefied leader who has completed his debut album entitled "The God". A sure bet to be a top pick for one of the hottest holy hip-hop albums in the country in 2003. "The God" is a heavy hitter in the ranks of where Holy hip hop is headed. XROSS fashions himself out of the starting gate as the Executive Producer of this project - loaded with hit songs and a total of 19 tracks. "In order for holy hip hop to become a well established genre of music, ministers of the gospel cannot afford to hold back their spiritual gifts. Pressing towards the mark of a higher calling, 2002 and 2003 have been an aggressive movement for The Bridled Tongue and XROSS - but by no means was an overnight success story. XROSS' labors and commitment to writing gospel rap has been continual - but best charted back to 1997. The birth of writing Christian raps started as early as 1986.

XROSS has graced the stage with many national performers such as Kirk Frankin, Tonex',Bryon Cage, Lisa Mcclendon,KJ-52, Dj Maj. XROSS has rocked the stage on common platforms with Gospel Gangstaz, Cross Movement, JahWord, Idol Kings, T-Bone, Mr. Del and many more. An accomplishment and honor of XROSS is his performance at the 1st annual Hip Hop Showcase with Bobby Jones Gospel Industry Retreat. Additional showings of this artist include; Heavenbound Music Festival, Mall of America Concert, Promoter and featured performer of the 1st annual holy Hip Hop Showcase -Midwest, various youth and prison ministries and a host of other events.
