ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Denver Colorado based band Yamn has toured extensively since Nov. 2006 bringing their self proclaimed “Progressive-electro-trance-fusion-grass-rock” to bars and clubs across the western United States. Their self released first Studio Album, “Yamn” (Oct. 08), captures the bands diversity of musical styles. Never limiting themselves to specific styles allows the band to create a live experience that is unparallel. Growing at a fast rate in the Colorado music scene, Yamn has quickly gained a dedicated local following that travels throughout the state to capture their unique performances. Yamn's sound has molded into what Autumn Phillips of the Steamboat Pilot calls "Jams that build spacey landscapes through a series of rolling crescendos."

Saw them live, bought the CD
I saw these guys when I was in Breckenridge in September. Very impressed at the show. Found them online, and eventually this CD came out. Very happy with the CD as well. Hope I get the chance to see them again. Come to Boston!

I Love This CD!!!
This one of the best albums I've heard in years! I really like the deep synth progressions countered by high synth lines on track 2. 90210 (track 5) is a great song with a super catchy melody and the sustain on the guitar notes are unbeleivable. I can't wait till I get a chance to see these guys live!!
